The Vegetables and Fruits to Juice

The babies who are being breastfed don’t need any additional foods like juices. They are born well nourished. Their sensitive stomachs can’t consume the nutrition from vegetables and fruits. You shouldn’t try any juices until they are customary familiar with soft fruits.
The babies who are 2 to 3 years old can eat soft fruits like mangoes, pears, tomatoes, banana, apples, etc. This age let the babies start on solid foods. You can introduce vegetables and fruits to their diet. Toddler’s interest will not equal to all type of foods. Give her a piece of soft fruit. Try different fruits and once, she will like some healthy ones.
Kids of 4 to 8 years old face lots of new foods in their diet. Their digestive power also increases at this time. They are introduced junk and unhealthy foods in school cafeteria. It is time when you need to offer them ‘make up’ foods to fulfill their lacking of nutrition.
Instead of adding soft fruits in their diets, introducing juices can be a nice effort. Begin with a ¼ cup (60ml) sleazy vegetable or fruit juice with water. Keep the ratio of juice and water 1:1 for smooth digest.
9 to 12 years old is quite okay to take solid foods. You can begin with ½ cup sleazy vegetable or fruit juice with one part of water. When they are stable, they can consume ½ cup (120ml) of neat juices without any digestive issue.
